Yes i hear the Newfoundlanders "are" very loyal, playful, and excellent for water rescue. One drawback is the drool. Know what i mean?

I can understand your feelings toward animals, as many of them are your survival, and yes, rabbits, as soft and fuzzy as they are, reproduce so fast, that baking them, or having rabbit soup,  is a very tasty treat

As a hunter all my life, has this ever occurd to you ever in your life. I would shoot anything that I could eat, I would catch anything that was edible, I have even picked up sheep that has been run over an killed. Freshly killed though. But one day, I was out in SALSBURY PLAIN'S and I had my gun, as alway's and I came across a hare, sitting down on his haunches, looking at me, and about ten yard's from it, was a  pheasant looking at me. They didn't act afraid, I didn't seen to phase them in anyway, shape or form, all they did was look at me. So I had a choice, the hare or the bird.. Now the day was sunny, it was warm, no wind to talk of. And I just thought to myself, "why" What right have I to take a life . I didn't need the meat. I had plenty of money, to much really. It spoil's you in the long run. But to shoot something for the sport. I just couldn't, so I walked backward's slowly, turned round and walked away. Walking passed a pond, I just threw it in, and never shot anything since. But I still love going fishing for the cod. Now I know you cannot do that, you would probably starve, but what are you going to do if it doese.
Have you got myspace yet.

What a lovely  write up ,, You have a good heart ,, Your  not suppose to look into their  eyes HA! They play on you ,You mean you thre your gun in water,   wonder is it still there ?
Of course I have from time to time  put my rifle aside and let the creature   be..
I too have a sensitive heart ... I would not starve...I only kill what I need, or to give the less fortunate , I do not like sports hunters at all.And they Know it !! The ones that come here from rest of Canada and USA.

Fishing is  something  I really enjoy .. Have alot of fish stories N0000000     I never stretched the  stories either......... ( Smiles)  Not like you fellers that catch a fish about 23 pounds and when you  got it home and  told   your buddies it was 25 pounds, RIGHT?
