I'm deep asleep, having such a beautiful dream, and then, without any kind of previous warning, like all the forces of evil, a very focused pain, begins to travel from my left knee, faster than the speed of light, downwards to my left ankle, awakening me instantly, like a gunshot NOW!!!, out of my very pleasurable dream, and into a pain like no other.

 BAAAAAAAAAMMM!!!
HEEEELP PLEASE HEEELP!!!

Normally, I can handle pain, as my threshold, in my opinion, is pretty high, but this kind of instant pain, is totally unavoidable, and the agony just seems to persist, no matter how long and deeply I massage my lower leg. I've been told that my skill in massaging lightly or deeply, results in unbelievable relief for others, but when such an event takes place in one's own life so instantaneously, and no matter how much one massages, it's continous screeching pain, it is like the most horrifying dream or pain, one could ever ever even imagine.

I spent the better  part of 30 minutes, working my hands from the upper portions of my outter and inner leg, just peering, and trying as best as I could to focus, toward that point, where it began, and working my way down and back up again and again, until it slowly subsided, and I could  very slowly, just begin to stretch my leg. When it began, getting up to walk, was most definitely out of the question, for the unbelievable agony I experienced, seemed to endure, for what seemed to be forever.

Then slowly relief, yes, ahhh, finally relief!!! Ahhhh, such a beautiful feeling, to slowly begin to feel such an incredible relief, to relax once more. There is no pain, I have "ever" experienced before in any part of my life, as the agonic  pain associated with a leg cramp, for one feels, like it will never end. It is like the forces of evil, for what ever reason, decided to focus it's rush upon an innocent individual, so fast and so forceful, almost feeling like it wished to draw as much life out of one as it possibly could, and does, for a period of time, until one's courage, persistance, and very deep massage, can relieve one, and bring one back to their normal life.

After feeling this relief, and finding that walking, as well as screaming at the remaining force, to LEAVE MY BODY NOW!!! over and over again, so that it would finally be obliterated, I had a look her on the net, for the causes of such unbelievable pain, and the link below, brought me information, that I will, upon awakening later today act upon, so that it will not take place, at least in the near future.

If any of you experience these horrible feelings, I most genuinely hope this link can be of help to you now, and in the future. Now, I can return to my dreams, and look so lovingly, towards, giving what I can, so that our dear Iced Gem, can enjoy, every second of her most precious 50th Birthday.

No offence Stripey, but as we age, and it is a known fact, that the older generation, experiences these symtoms. As a young man, I dont recall experiencing these cramps. Each one of us is different, and that is why each one of us is so original right?
