When trying to access CHat, I keep being prompted to download MSN chat.
I see the Smiley Face cleck it and the screen reverts to the smiley face again
I have lowered my browser setting and done all the moves listed earlier in Chat Problems but to no avail, any ideas please?

For those with a similar problem do this:

We suggest that you take these corrective actions for you to regain your access
to MSN Chat:
1. Close all instances of Internet Explorer and open a new one.
2. On the new Internet Explorer window, click "Tools" then click on "Internet
Options".
3. In the "Internet Options" dialog box, open the "General" tab then click
"Settings".
4. On the "Settings" tab, click "View Objects".
5. In the "Downloaded Program Files" window, select, right-click and delete all
files beginning with "MSN Chat Control". When asked to confirm the deletion,
click "Yes".
6. Close the window by clicking on the "OK" button.  Then click on the "OK"
button again to save the settings made.
7. Using Internet Explorer, open your preferred MSN Chat page and join a chat
room. This will launch the download page for the new Chat Control software.
When asked to accept a security warning, click "Yes".
We hope this information proves useful.  However, if the problem persists,
please don’t hesitate to write again for further investigation.
