when I shut down the comp ...it wont.....shut down that is
i do the usual, like click on shut down but it stays on & either
leaves a blank screen or returns to windows sign on
if i just unplug it i get improper shutdown etc when i next switch on and sometimes windows wont load and theres a BT88 or sumthing like that warning......so its click of at the wall time and start again
norton dont show any virus or anything like that
any ideas please ?
