~Insights into your Dreams ~ Hope this information will help you with your dreams.  The "method for meditation" seems to work very well for anyone who tries it, maybe not right away but be patient, keep trying and have faith that it will work for you also.  It is a good tool to use for those trying to understand and open up to their abilities and gifts as they are meant to be for them.  All dreams have messages in them, some may relate to something you have heard or been thinking about.    Some are a definite answer to questions in your subconcious that are confusing or troubling you.  Often our Dreams will Mirror that which is in our Subconcious.  What to do to try make your dreams clearer, find answers and show what a bizaar and very vivid dream may mean: Dreams fed to you through your Subconcious You may have a very  vivid & or bizaar and disturbing dream......scare you, upset you like a Nightmare! these kinds of dreams usually do not mean the disturbing things you see in them.....they are shown you in this way so that you will pay close attention to the dream..Interpret the Symbolism shown in the dream .figure out what it relates to in reality .... this information for guidance for you in resolving an issue you may be struggling with.   Once your dream is interpretted you may need to "pick your brain" to figure out what it relates to then you will have help through the  answer as guidance  you are seeking to deal with the issue! Vivid, pleasant dreams These also relate to an issue in your life, maybe wondering...unsure of the outcome of an issue.....the dream will show you how to find a successful outcome, what to watch for to ensure the outcome is successful as it is meant to be for you! Seeing  loved ones crossed over: These are Visits from your loved ones lost....Letting  you know they are with you and watching over you...they will come to let you know they are with you or if they feel you need them at a specific time to give you a message of guidance for an issue in  your life.  Your loved ones are still with you, their physical body has died, but their light and soul still live on and they are able to move between the Spirit World (heaven &  light) and Earth as they choose!  The prayers you send for them will help them to come through to you. Vivid Dreams:  Feel like  you were really there, remember it clearly, upon waking physically feel like your body is weighted down, heavy, maybe out of breath...feeling not totally rested (depending on your experience)..... This is Astral Travel/AstralProjection.........your non physical body..Spirit...actually leaves your physical body and Travels.  Where you go depends on  your state of mind.  If  you are aware of it you can focus on where you want to go and what you want to experience, if you manifest astral travelling in this  frame of mind you will have a Very Pleasant experience, wake rested and feeling peaceful....As everything you had perceived to happen....happens during astral travel.  Think it and it is there, wish to go somewhere and your are there, etc. Most people Astral Travel in their dreams, it is very common, they just don't realize that this is the cause of a VIVID dream.  Ever have one of those awesome dreams where you felt you were Flying??? a lot of people do  ~ most recall having them when they were younger, children....to teenage years. *** Start a dream journal  It is important to have a notebook and pen handy....immediately upon waking while the dream is still fresh in  your mind WRITE IT DOWN...you may feel half asleep but Jot down as much detail as you can before you get up or focus on anything else "each outside influence you have will intefere with your recall of the dream.       Later when you are more awake.....look at your notes, add to them....clarify, etc.  Use your intuition to tell you what this dream meant for you and what it showed you.    Focus on  the issues that  are happening around you in your life at this time....A specific Issue.. to help you to determine what this dream is showing you.  If you can't figure it out...........Post It on the message board for dreams  and someone will help give you insight with their interprepation of your dream... METHOD TO HELP YOU DREAM PLEASANT DREAMS....DREAMS TO GIVE YOUR GUIDANCE.....DREAMS TO SEE YOUR LOVED ONES....DREAMS TO HAVE A PLEASANT ASTRAL TRAVEL EXPERIENCE........... Before sleeping.....Clear you mind....Close your eyes and take deep breaths.....breathing in through your nose....exhaling ..till you feel relaxed and your mind is clearer. Meditate lightly:   Imagine yourself in the most appealing place that you can think of  for you......Ex: I imagine a meadow on top of a mountain...waterfall trickling.....grass soft as a cloud....surrounded by flowers and trees of every beautiful color....See your place in your minds eye.  Then Pray for God, the Holy Spirit and Jesus to surround you with their Protective, Loving Guiding white light (feel the warmth of it....see the brightness reflecting through the sun and off the colors surrounding you)....feel/imagine your body relaxing as the light washes over and around you until you are completely encased in a ball of white light.   Ask that you be given guidance on your path for you and yours, that you be shown what is meant for you "in your dreams by your Spirit Guide...." .    Give your problems to God and Ask for guidance in specific areas in your life.....include others in this prayer.....and of course give thanks.. ..  then....With Total Faith and Openness that this will happen for you:  Ask that you be shown in your dreams the answer to a problem, your wish to see a loved one..pray that they be allowed to come to you in your dream  . ....and,.......... for the Astral Travellers....ask that you be allowed to Travel to whereever you wish ..focusing on where that would be and what you would like to do.   If you are still unsettled.....not quite ready to drift off ask God again to surround you with his Protective, Loving  Guiding White Light..breathe gently....see your "Place" see yourself there and feelt he warmth and comfort of the white light. Very important to believe without a doubt....with Faith and Trust in God that this will happen.         Then the HARD part......PATIENCE....you may not dream the first few times.....may not see what you expect to see....but realize you will only be shown what God wishes you to see in His Time....when he feels you are truly Open and Ready. Don't give up, if you don't dream.....you will at the very least wake up feeling more rested and peaceful..    Your faith within you that you are being guided will let you move on in a Positive Manner..     You will instictivly know through your Intuition what is important...what to deal with and how....Trust your Intuition when it tells you this  is a message of guidance from God through your guide to help you in answer to your prayers.      You will be able to let the negative things go, forget about trivial worries or desires for things realize they arent really that important....be willing to accept what you have...and are given......Negativity within you will hold you back and feed on itself, tell  you that the situation is hopeless  ~ it is Self Defeating and can not help  you in any way.... Everyone has a Spirit Guide/Guardian Angel....assigned to them before birth......some will receive more guides as God deems they are ready and need them..   You will also have "the spirit'" of a lost loved   sometimes they will be "Joy Guides" and help you with guidance .......... Seeing  "strangers" in a dream.....yet feeling comfortable where you are or whom you are with may be a connection with someone in a past life.
