The following is an excerpt from God, Creation, and Tool for Life by Sylvia Browne.  This meditation is in the voice of Raheim, one of Sylvia's spirit guides.

 

 

 

 

"This is an extensive and powerful healing meditation that can also be used for remote healing.  As with everything, the more you use it, the more powerful it becomes.

 

Usually, when you do a prayer or meditation, you put your hands upward to receive grace.  However, for this, put your hands downward on your thighs so nothing escapes from you.  Become a funnel; think of a hole appearing at the top of your head that opens right at the crown.  Your energy is now self-contained, because you are now becoming a conductor.  You are not releasing energy; you are nothing more than a tube of conducted power from God.  Coming from God, it begins to flow right through the very top of your head, through the cranial area, moving all the way down through the body like golden water.  I want you to feel it like warm water--bathe all your organs in the golden light.

 

If any part of your body seems ill, let the golden light stop there, whether it is the head, throat, chest area, stomach, or your limbs.  Now, when this vibrational current begins to build higher, you will feel that your body begins to warm, to heighten in temperature.  At this point, you can then move your own hands, which have been in a downward position, to any part of the body that is affected.

 

When you do this, I want you to feel that the energy is beginning to pulsate from the top of our head, moving down in a cylindrical form rotating around and bathing out any infected areas of the body that need to be helped.  Do not treat more than one area at a time.  Each time you do this, you can pick a new area, but you want to give the "full shot" to each area.

 

Feel your body heating up, and demand that you begin to feel your own pulse.  Begin to be aware of the heart beating and pumping strongly.  As the heart beats strongly just for a few minutes, the blood elevates--this is not blood pressure--the blood begins to course rapidly through the body.  If you want to clean something very well, you raise the water line and give much more water, the same as blood.  Say, "I want the blood to rise and cleanse, especially the arteries."  Make sure you specify that there are no constrictions in the capillaries or arteries.  Wherever fresh blood supply can get to, that place is healed.

 

Now, relax your hands and position them downward on you thighs again.  I want you to now transport yourself to an amazingly huge gold pyramid.  For a few moments, you are standing outside the pyramid; the next second, you are inside it.  Now you can look up through the tiny hole at the apex.  Position yourself right in the sunbeam shining through this hole, which is very much like the one I constructed for myself on the Other Side.  You do not necessarily look at it, but stand so that you feel the warmth and heat of the sun right where your crown chakra opens.

 

You now feel a vibratory, God-given energy, which has been known throughout the centuries and is as old as time.  It is your own kinetic energy that is now melded and blended with God who imbues and endows you with spirit.  As you feel the warmth penetrating, you will now feel all pains, aches, hurts, losses, and disappointments being shed.  You will feel them jump form you like shadows.  Things long forgotten, things long buried, past-life regrets, karmic experiences that you do not choose to hang on to anymore--all these leap from you.  A literal exorcism of your own negative demons of worries!

 

Feel the heat penetrating you; it is warm, vibratory, stimulating, euphoric, joyous, releasing, free, nonstressful, loving, and giving; it imparts loyalty, honor, steadfastness, and survival!  Feel joy invading where despair had been.  Two emotions cannot occupy the same place.  If there is joy, there cannot be sorrow.  If there is health, there cannot be illness.  Which do you choose?  Choose now, and as they say, "Forever after, hold your peace."  In your peace, bring it into you in your solar plexus and release everything else.  Bring about the soul comfort of harmony.  Be very quiet and still.  Let God's energy have a chance to fill you destiny with wellness, wholeness, and joyfulness.

 

Now, bring yourself outside the pyramid.  Remember what I have taught you, and bring yourself back to yourself."
