you are walking through trees on a dark night lit by the moon.....you walk into a clearing and see fairies darting in the moonlight, playing tag with fireflies as they twinkle like little stars...in the centre of the clearing is a spot lit by the silvery rays of the moon, go forward and sit down quietly.....

you can feel the presence of your guides standing quietly in the trees beyond, their energy beginning to touch you gently, ask them to start to move close to you now ......hold out your hand, and watch as a fairy lands gently in your palm.....

the wand she holds is changing through all the colours of the spectrum, all hues and shades are shown to you.......as you watch she touches the palm of your hand and a shaft of silvery light leaves the wand and enters your skin.......

your base chakra is filled with a vibrant bright red, full of joy, energy, laughter, it fills you with a deep comfort and strength......let the red flow and build ....

the red begins to flow upward and begins to mix with the orange of the second chakra....the colours merge and change into a bright orange, healing physical ailments, taking away the aches and pains of the day, it pulses through you, energising you more........

the orange moves in tendrils up to the solar plexus, merging with the yellow, turning into the brightest yellow of the sun.....filling you with hope, drawing your guides closer, begin to feel their presence round you more.......

the yellow flows up and finds the green....the green extends down and pulls the yellow into its vibrant lime green colour......feel the colour fill your chest and heart chakra, finding the emotions that need to clear, pulling the tears from the depths where they are held, and taking them from you........the green swirls around the heart leaving you peaceful, and flows up like a river into the throat chakra

it joins with the blue, a bright turquoise, which wraps loosly like a silken scarf around your throat....let it swirl round and round slowly, opening the communications, allowing the words you all need to form to enable your own healing to start, and as it swirls feel the presence of spirit coming closer still....swallow the blue deep within then let it rise to the third eye.....

the blue touches the deep purple colour that waits, and the third eye fills slowly.......see an amythyst crystal in your brow beginning to spin, calling your guides closer still......the purple flows deep within the crystal from the bottom filling it.....as it spins a bright white light flows from the top and into the crown chakra.....the crown begins to open slowly, lke a water lily or rose bud.....as the flower opens the white light flows up traveling along the silver moon rays and joining the moon above......

as you open your eyes you can feel spirit all around you, and as you look you see one of your guides getting down from the back of a unicorn and walking to you.....he or she sits down in front of you and smiles at you......ask now for them to draw close to you, feel the energy from them....hold their hands, you may sit and talk or just be quiet.....as you sit ask for a gift for the group, and then enjoy your peace together, and I'll come collect you soon.....

I now want you to say thankyou to your guide,,a nd take the gift you have been given......as you stand and move away I place a hige rose quartz in the centre of the moon shaft....this is for all of you, from spirit through me.....to mend the pain you all carry, some resh, some from long ago....all needs to clear to allow you to move on........when ever you wish you can come back to the clearing....the crystal will always be there for you filled with love from spirit, to show you you are in the right place......

walk back through the trees, and come slowly back to the room, feel the chair beneath you, feel your feet on the floor.......

take a deep breath, and open your eyes.......
