I saw your post this morning and my first feelings were that yes this is the right timing for you to be buying a house and that it will all happen, if you don't get worried and back off. The money will be there when you need it. How I don't know but it will be. Make sure you do not go over the price you can afford and lower your sights a little. You can find what you want at a great price and put your personality into it at the same time. Also I am getting the message do not discount the first one you see. It will have some good energy about it but you wont be sure. Lots for you to do. The house will be there waiting for you at the right time and you will love it. I am getting the color blue but not sure what this means. Also good for animals.

Well the color blue could be grandma - indigo was her color.

Glad to know I am making the right decision.  Nice to know everything will work out.  Finances are always a worry to me.  The bank has already told me a ballpark idea of what I can borrow.  I don't mind having a place that I can do somethings to - just not alot of work.  And add my personality - you bet I will!

Feel the color blue was more to do with the house, whether inside or out, not a person. I feel a real excitement here of something that will be yours. Not too much work just a tidying up and a bit of a revamp to more your taste. I can see it in my minds eye but don't want to say as you may only look for that type of house and it has to be your choice totally so will see if it the one I see. If it is, I love it.
