II was not sure if you had a specific question so I will choose an angels card to start with and then I will give you an inspirational reading as well.

Surrender & Release

Card Meaning: Let go, and allow God and the angels to help you. Everything that you release will either be replaced by something better or will be returned to you healed.

When you hold on tightly to a part of your life that's not working, it has no room to heal. Body Care

I can only say from the message the angels gave you it is time for you to do some work on yourself. For you to pamper your mind as well as your physical body. Too often we forget ourselves. I feel you also have a lot of pain and this takes it toll on you a lot. Because of this your energy levels are low. You feel the heat more than most and need to rest more as well.

Take more time out for yourself and also reward and recognise all the wonderful things you can do. You give so much back to others that you sometimes do not see the contribution that you make to others. You have a young person in that body of yours that would like to get out and have a giggle and play. Please do something for yourself as it is your time now to discover who you truly are and leave others to their devices for awhile. They will be alright. It is also their time to grow and for you to step back and let it all unfold as it will. I also see you in the woods in nature and feel you would benefit from fresh air and leave the pollution behind you. Also chemicals are not good for your body and you may also need to see what toxins you have around you and reduce the effect these have on yourself. I am also seeing that your residence would benefit from some feng shui placement of certain objects and wonder do you have a large crystal, with an amethyst or clear quartz very suitable. A rose quartz would be good as well and I am picking up fluorite for yourself to wear or keep close to you. You need more water and flushing of your body.

Dear Angelsspeak,  I believe my angels were sitting right beside you and telling you this because everything is exactly right! You are so blessed with your gift and I so appreciate this reading. It is so true I do need to exercise I have put on so much weight with this disease and I have to start doing something about it regardless how much pain I am in. I do need to drink more water because I only drink diet soda and I know that isn't good.  My doctors keep making me try new medicines but sometimes I think they are doing more harm then good. I was thinking about buying a workout machine for the house I was even looking on the internet today so Im think that may have been my mom that was coming through on the cards-I know she is worried with all the weight.. I wish she was here to help me...it makes me so depressed I used to be so small...I will take your advice on releasing, I feel so negative everyday and even though I try to meditate I just get frustrated so I do need to turn everything over to God and have faith. My husband's new job is taking all of his free time up he is working overtime and I am overloaded with the housework and trying to have energy for the kids. I have told him its not worth the money because I can't handle not having any help. I feel so overwhelmed I am going to go buy those crystals I know they will help me and I will keep praying to God and asking my angels for guidance. Hi Sterling

I am so glad to have helped. Yes I do feel you are overloaded in more ways than one. Sometimes with meditation it is not so much waiting to see what comes through as to sit and be able to close your eyes and just rest without thinking of anything. Then all of a sudden a thought will pop into your head during or afterward and it is the one you need. Too many times I think we put pressure on our meditations to give us more than they do and then we miss what could really help. I also feel you need to ease up on the pressure of berating yourself. You are just you and need not be anything else. You already know it all so just put into place waht you want in small ways and not worry about the outcome. You need to be able to enjoy what you are doing. Yes a cleaner for a couple of hours a week would be worth while for you and that could be your time to do what you want. Do not feel you have to push yourself, just be gentle on your tired body and sometimes just sit in a chair and be.

I also feel healing would be good for you to have. Is there anywhere you can go to a reiki volunteer place? Ask at the doctors, someone may know or else at new age places and healing centres. You have a lot to share also but when you feel stronger.

I do know that medication saps your strength and makes you ill also. You do need peace and I hope you can find it.
