You are welcome to use my art for tags. The only conditions are:

1) do not edit anything save the size and background,
2) yes, you may add sparkles or animate them etc.,
3) do not make it into a funky size or stretch it weird,
4) don't cover the main part of the drawing with text,
5) no changing colours, if you want a custome coloured pic,
take a shot at the COLOURING BOOK ^_~ ,
6) you may use any picture save the ones found in the coloured pages and the guest gallery,
7) I don't require my name all over ever tag, but a link back to my site is required.

I generally allow my images to be used on personal web pages, signature tags and correspondence, so long as it is for non-commercial purposes and you leave my copyright statement (“�?Gail Gastfield�? intact and legible on each image and include it and a link to my site in the body of the web page. You may temporarily use the art with my name and copyright only. Animation, cropping and removing backgrounds are ok but I don’t want the artwork to be distorted, made out of proportion or altered so much that it is unrecognizable.

I do NOT want my work to be used in collections of downloadable net graphics, for virtual postcards or greeting cards or similar uses. Even though these uses are usually not commercial, it tends to infer that the artwork is free for all to download at will. As a professional artist whose work represents my livelihood, as well as my reputation, I feel it is important to retain more control of the way in which my work is used.

For graphics groups: the graphics created by members can be shared with others in the group as long as all are made aware of the use restrictions and copyrights. I also prefer that my work not be used within adult only, sexually explicit groups.

Can I use your art for....
My art may be used for graphics groups - yes they may be tubed, tagged, etc. and so on.

NO COMMERCIAL/FOR PROFIT USE.

PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY COMMISSIONED PIECES. If you really want to use them, please contact the person who commissioned them, their info can be find in the artist's comments.

If you do use my art, all I ask is that you contact me on DA or through email that you are using my art. Also, crediting is a must! A link back to my DA page and my email will suffice.

I've gotten permission to use/display your art, but I'm on a group/website that won't allow linking to DA (for whatever reason) - how can I credit you?

1. Link to my dev page but make it not clickable (aka just put bchan @ deviant art, or something like that - be creative!) OR

2. Link to my blog/journal (bchan.livejournal.com) OR
