Anyway, most probably don't know or have forgotten that one of the non-newsmaking items on President Bush's agenda was to 'go to Mars'.  The first step in doing that is to establish a base on the moon.  So this finding is very good news in that regard since water is essential to life.  I think the aim was to begin the effort in 2009 after years of researching and scouting out the ideal place (south pole of the moon?), but to get it established, or colonized come 2020....in the year twenty-five twenty-five. . .
