My dr said I need to walk 30 min every day so I'll start a log too, like Flo . I haven't been able to do it every day but so far I did:
 
5/31 walked 30 min
6/1 walked 30 min
6/2 didn't walk
6/3 walked 25 min
6/4 walked 30min
6/5 didn't walk
6/6 didn't walk
 
6/7 Today I'm going to try to walk

Sorry to butt in to your personal log, lol, but I'm curious. Your doctor said you "had to walk"? Any particular reason for this (if it's not too personal)?

ok I'm going to try to start getting on the treadmill at home more. This morning I walked for 11 minutes. I want to start out easy. I probably won't put it on here everytime I work out but try to keep it updated. I also did some squats, side bends, and crunches. I want to loose about 20 pounds.

We also walked outside for like 20 minutes with the dog. My husband said he wants to go again today when I get home.
