Sorry to butt in to your personal log, lol, but I'm curious. Your doctor said you "had to walk"? Any particular reason for this (if it's not too personal)?
ok I'm going to try to start getting on the treadmill at home more. This morning I walked for 11 minutes. I want to start out easy. I probably won't put it on here everytime I work out but try to keep it updated. I also did some squats, side bends, and crunches. I want to loose about 20 pounds.
