Not a diet per se. Just a place to keep track of what I am eating and drinking, and how much I'm walking.
Maybe if I make myself accountable to other people I will do even BETTER in how I am eating.
Today:
1 glass of milk before school (8 oz.)
1 glass of milk AT school (12 oz.)
1 Lean Ham and cheese hot pocket (breakfast)
1 16.9 oz bottle water
1 ham and cheese crossiant for lunch (do I see a trend? haha)
1 bottle of white grape juice (6 oz.)
Handful of peanuts
Off to work!
Oh... I probably walked at least 2500 steps at school. (My classes are fairly far apart.)
