Sift all the dry ingredients into a large bowl. Add the eggs to the sour milk and whisk. Add to dry ingredients and whisk well until smooth. Add melted butter, stir in. Rub frypan with a little N.Z. butter and heat on medium. Drop tablespoonful lots of the mixture into the hot frypan. When bubbles show flip over and cook other side. should be a light brown color . |
