Grape Jelly: Put freshly picked grapes,stalks and all ,into pan  ,nearly cover with water.Boil till mashed, strain  thru jelly bag. Bring juice to boil for a few mins. Add 1lb of sugar to each pint of juice and boil  till it will set .  RED OR BLACK GRAPES ARE REALLY GOOD FOR  COLOR AND TASTE. and sets the jelly well.
