Wow, Pat ... 5 weeks!!! That is just fantastic.  Sorry to read that you had to experience a bit of a rough patch the last few days, which hopefully was not brought on by Fixating on a Cigarette - I think we all have done that at one point or another and it makes the rough patch so much rougher.
