TAURUS April 19-May 19 You long to go places and do things. Enough of being a big fish in a medium-sized pool. You want an out-of-this world adventure. Though present circumstances place you on hold, you can still stake your claim and make plans. Jupiter shine directly on your fame house. Surely that counts for something.
GEMINI May 20-June 19An alternative view knocks you out -- but not for long. After upheaval comes discovery, ingenuity, even genius (particularly where sex and money are concerned). Jupiter's yearlong residence in your "higher consciousness" sector guarantees you a place in the winner's circle.
CANCER June 20-July 21Promises! Promises! Who can you trust?! As the sun and Mercury partner in your one-on-one house, Mercury goes bananas. You think too much about the one who got away. So much planetary pressure on past relationships sets you muttering, "If I knew then what I know now." Learn your lesson and move on.
LEO July 22-August 21 Jupiter shares a work secret. Though most of the world seems out to lunch, you're surprisingly centered. You want to make significant changes in your life and have a fair notion of how to go about it. Always intuitive, now you know (even if you can't talk about it) that you've been tapped for something great.
VIRGO August 22-September 21Despite Saturn's discipline gig in your sign, naughty Mercury promotes passion and a mad urge to party. How does this play with ongoing partners? LIBRA September 22-October 22Be careful who, when and where you charge, Libra. Mercury, the communications maven, is doing a naughty number in your root cellar that could challenge your public standing. It's the old "famous versus infamous" question. Cross your t's, dot your i's. Big Brother never sleeps.
SCORPIO October 23-November 21 Crazed Mercury hops up and down in your communications house shrieking: "Talk to people! Talk!" The invitation's out to phone, fax, e-mail your little heart out in days and weeks ahead. Just remember (with loose-tongued Mercury on speed) to say what you mean and mean what you say. This is particularly true where creative ventures are involved.
SAGITTARIUS November 22-December 20The mayhem potential of mad Mercury in your money house is not a pretty sight. Here's the skinny: Merc is certain to turn up the heat in the next three weeks. Will you get out of jail free? Hopefully. Will you collect $200? Doubtful. Don't even think about leveraging Boardwalk.
CAPRICORN December 21-January 19Happy the Goat the sun shines on -- most of the time. Does it feel like the whole world's watching you? It is. You're the birthday kid with that wild party animal, Mercury, providing much of the action. The message now is clearly about review. Think how far you've come, what you had to do to get there, and what you never want to do again.
AQUARIUS January 20-February 18 Brace yourself. Big, bad Mercury, the astro trickster, is acting out in your House of Secrets. In case you want to know, the purpose of it all is to discover the meaning of it all. The upside of your divine discontent may be psychic insight. The downside can be embarrassing.

This week or very soon thereafter one of those merry pranksters you call your friends will attempt to buy your attention with gifts and/or services.
