Cream Cheese Pound Cale


Ingredients

Cream Cheese Pound Cake
 
2 sticks margarine, softened
1 stick butter, softened
1 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
3 cups sugar
cream the above ingredients together
 
to the above mixture add alternately
6 eggs
3 cups CAKE FLOUR (not all purpose)
add 2 eggs at a time, mix well, then add 2 cups cake flour
continue with 2 more eggs, mix and then add 2 c ups cake four, mix well
add the last two eggs, mix, 2 cups cake flour and mix well
add 1 teaspoon vanilla and mix
 
Pur into a greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for 85 minutes.
DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR TILL TIME IS UP
 
It serves quite a few  and best of all calories remain on the plate.  As for fat content!! WHO ARE YOU CALLING FAT !??  Enjoy
