I didnt see one so I hope you dont mind that I started one.

This month has been crazy for my animals especially my birds. I hate firworks as much as my birds do.  Does anyone know if it is safe to take my birds out anymore? I ahvent been because of the nile virus thing and we do have a lot of mosquitoes out this year.  They so miss going out and I miss them being outside.  I use to take them out just for an hour or two once a week.
I love all the info in the group I rarely respond but I do read and enjoy,, Thank you.Deb and all my feathered babies

Deb,
I usually do the whistle ansd I appreciate you doing it. Been a strange month here and I just forgot. Thanks!
Werve been getting stuff for the motor home and in general puttering and tinkering getting ready for a "Maiden Voyage".
It's been very hot here which plays heck on my migraines ( maybe something stronger than heck), and the Imtrex isnt working like it used to. so back to the doc to try something new.

We're getting some stray cats fixed next week and Miss Izzy goes in to have a polyp in her ear removed. It's a pretty good sized one, but the vet doesn't think it's cancerous. She says she sees quite a few of these in cocker spaniels. I won't draw a easy breath til the surgery and biopsy are done.

Ive been bottle feeding some kitties and Miss Wukkie had a litter herself ( well not all by herself as there was some darn male cat involved...) I Thought we had fixed her and I really hate surprises. She has however created possibly the cutest kittens on the planet, and has been a super mom.

I need to make up a big batch of dog and birdy chow, and get some more housework done. Tomorrow we're heading up to Elko, MN to the big Love OnThe Wing sale. I get to meet Skeeter and pester Katz for a while, so it's all good. Nan

Well I didnt get up to Minnesota like ai wanted to. Instead I got to spend some time in the ER. I had a horrible migraine complete with nausea( and so on etc) they gave me something to stop the throwing up and got rid of most of the headache. Yesterday I was still feeling kinda punk, but today I feel pretty good.

So I guess Ill get to meet Ms Skeeter another time. I hope you had fun anyway Skeeter, and got some great stuff for your birdies. Nan

Wow Nan You really have your hands full this month, I hope by now the migraines have gone. I know how they feel and I am fortunate to never have had one last more than a day.  I feel for you. I see you didnt get to your trip because of the migraines. I am so sorry.   I know mine are brought on by the weather and humidity. Do the docs know why yours come on?
I hope that Polyp surgery went well on your mizz Izzy.
This month is rather quiet for me and the critters are happy for that, next 2 months with reunions and all I will have  alady come in for the fids and kennels for the furbabys. That they all hate and they are very well taken care of but still not home. I am fortunate to have Jeri come to my home for the birds I have had her for 10 years now.  Hope you all have a great weekend, Deb
