How important is obedience?

I find it very odd and hypocritical that the very church which advocates this thing of Sabbath keeping, causes you all to BREAK IT by going to church on Sat. The above Scripture shows you are not to go out of your house on this day.

If you are gonna keep this day better get to doing it right.

Exodus 35

1. And Moses gathered all the congregation of the children of Israel together, and said unto them, These are the words which the Lord hath commanded, that ye should do them.

2. Six days shall work be done, but on the seventh day there shall be to you an holy day, a sabbath of rest to the Lord: whosoever doeth work therein shall be put to death.

3. Ye shall kindle no fire throughout your habitations upon the sabbath day.

If you do ANY WORK ON THIS DAY YOU SHALL BE PUT TO DEATH.

Who is responsible to see that this killing is carried out? You can say it is not supposed to be done all you want to; but I say unto you, if this law still stands, this part of it still stands also. He did not do away with part of it and keep the other part.

You are breaking this Sabbath law if you do not see that the guilty ones are KILLED. THIS IS JUST AS MUCH PART OF THE SABBATH LAW AS NOT WORKING IS.

If you kindle any fire on this day you broke it and are guilty of breaking the whole law. You will go to hell for starting a fire on Sat.

If it is cold you better not start a fire. I am very serious people. You have bound yourselves to this Sabbath law. You had better get it right. God is not going to put up with you changing his laws to suit yourself.

yes, we are persecuted just as He was, because we speak the same truth he did. If they have called Him the devil, how much more we who are of his household. Now we do not belong to Moses' house.

Isa. 51: 4. Hearken unto me, my people; and give ear unto me, O my nation: for a law shall proceed from me, and I will make my judgment to rest for a light of the people.
5. My righteousness is near; my salvation is gone forth, and mine arms shall judge the people; the isles shall wait upon me, and on mine arm shall they trust.

Jesus is speaking in prophecy here --- he said O my nation _-(not speaking to those old jews - nope - speaking to the N.T. Christians)-- A LAW SHALL (future tense)-- proceed (something yet going to happen) --- (long after the O.T. law was given by Moses)--

A law - shall proceed from me (Jesus speaking)-- and I will make my judgment to rest for a light of the people --- the O.t. Law is darkness -

So Jesus is prophecying that His Law will give Light. A law yet to come from Jesus -- = (not yet given)--

See, His righteousness is NEAR?- (not yet come)--

This LAW was the commandment given by Peter on the Day of Pentecost; and again in Acts 10.

This LAW is the law of life in Christ Jesus, which makes us free from the LAW OF SIN AND DEATH.

= O.T. Law of Moses.

Now I am asking all adventist or other believers in going by OT law to get into these discussions and either prove or disprove the truth of all this.

it is important. I want to see the other nine commandments upheld and taught. All I have ever heard come out of your mouths is this thing of going to church or fishing on Saturday.

How hypocritical can one be!! Now you do not want law. You do not want holiness. You do not want truth.

Everyone of you fled from these discussions before. I grant you, it will be the same this time. But you cannot escape. You cannot claim now that the pharisees caused these laws to be hard on you. It is what Moses said by the mouth of God.

You better quit listening to Ellen white's church and listen to God's word or you are hell bound.

Powerful, but True Words. and notice, none of them ever did get into these discussions and defend their beliefs, for they saw them fall to the ground.

YET everyone of them STILL TODAY, CLING TO SAYING THEY ARE UNDER THAT LAW, KEEPING THAT SEVENTH DAY HOLY.

They do not believe God means what he says....when He said, if you live by law, you will be judged by law. if you break ONE of them, you are guilty of it ALL.

Which one of you do not break one of them? They very ones in here who have faught me so hard over this one matter, for years, think nothing about bearing false witness against me and you. I have showed this to them many times. They never acknowledge it, for they are deceiving themselves into thinking God is not ever going to KEEP HIS WORD, AND JUDGE THEM BY THIS VERY LAW.

But be assured, you believers in LAW, you are going to be judged by this very LAW.........DID YOU GO OUT OF YOUR DOOR ON Sat?

Did you ever buy and sell on Sat. (this was one of the main ways they kept poluting that day)

Do you honestly believe that you are bound to keep this uh, rest day, and yet not be bound by its very laws?

How did zillions of folks get into this kind of deception? It still baffles me!

Jack, all that sounds well and fine, but it is the height of deception. Now I know you did not originate this deception; you are under its influence.

But, that ten commandment law is NOT CALLED THE LAW OF GOD. IT IS CALLED THE LAW OF MOSES.

It is called the law of sin and death in Romans 7...... it was replaced by a greater law. the law of life in Christ Jesus.

Sure Jesus said he came to fulfill it. .......and he did.......but then he laid it away.....and gave us grace. Law and grace cannot co-exist.

Jesus said his Father WORKS ON YOUR 7TH day Sabbath and so does he.

So how can you say he kept it as you think it should be kept?

Now I have shown you this several times before: there is no such distinction made between any moral law and any ceremonial law as your false teacher claims.

if you think so, please find that Scripture and show it to us.

where in the Word is any MORAL LAW TAUGHT? ANY CEREMONIAL LAW?

it is just not in there. it is just not true.

How is it you place absolutely NO worth or observance to the true commandment of God, the words of the Apostles of Jesus?

Now that is the commandment, law, we must obey. yet you do not obey it or teach it or believe it.

No. You cannot live under the OT. There was never life there. It is death.

That ten commanments on stone was always death. It is not life. You cannot achieve life by obeying that. We do NOT TEACH PEOPLE TO SIN.

We teach as the Word does, that the Spirit of Holiness gives us a holy nature. not law.

We are made free from the law and given grace, whereby we may serve Him acceptably.

You cannot keep those ten law. you do not. only Jesus ever did. He said none of you keep it. If you think you must, then as I taught here in a long series, you better go back and find out exactly how Moses, yes moses, not Pharisees, told you to observe that Sabbath.

You are rejecting the true Sabbath, the Baptism of the Holy Ghost. Jesus said they never did receive rest under that old law.

You cannot even go out your door on Saturday. If so, you break it and are damned to hell.

Think about this. Moses said that; not any Pharisee. Be honest. Your soul depends on it. Why will you never deal with Acts 15, where Peter and all the other apostles agreed that Christians are NOT TO GO BY THAT TEN COMMANDMENT LAW OF MOSES?
