(I put this under another thead, but as I do many times, when I feel it is needful enough,  I also make a new thread of it.  This way I hope more people will read this necessary and needful message.)

 
People have worn out a scripture which they do not understand, for they take it as an  'all inclusive' word.  Now if you study judging, you will find that we are told to judge and to judge rightly.  Why is it that everyone clenches down on this one verse, and disregarde all other verses on judging?
 
(I am not rebuking you....just trying to show you some truth.)..  Learn to study out these kinds of subjects before you clench down on a meaning and cut out all other verses on this subject.  This is how false teaching comes about.
 
Everyone slings this,  'judge not'  at folks without ever understanding a thing about judging.  So it catches the unsuspecting in this trap.
 
Now having said that,  let's just study this matter a bit.
 
<NOBR>Lu 7:42</NOBR> And when they had nothing to pay, he frankly forgave them both. Tell me therefore, which of them will love him most?
<NOBR>Lu 7:43</NOBR> Simon answered and said, I suppose that he, to whom he forgave most. And he said unto him, Thou hast rightly judged.

Now this is Jesus speaking here.  He told Simon that you rightly JUDGED.  He did not rebuke Simon for his judgment.

Besides, If we KNOW a person is a murderer,  that is NOT judging.  That is simply knowing the truth.  What we must know is what does the Word of God say about these kinds of sins.

Loving our enemies has a true meaning, but it  DOES NOT EXCLUDE the HATRED which the Word of God teaches us either.

 

Here is another subject of which everyone has fell to the 'side' of without every studying out the full subject.  We are told in some Scriptures to CONTEMN  (which means HATE)  certain people, ELSE WE CANNOT STAND WITH GOD.

 

People. learn to study these subjects out instead of basing your beliefs on just what  others have handed down to you.

Hate is just as much of God as love is!  God hated certain people!

How are you going to know if a brother sins a sin unto death, if you cannot JUDGE anything?  If you obey God, he said  DO NOT PRAY FOR THIS

Now little sheep of God,  this is just as much the Word of God as  love your enemies  is.

It has to all fit together for truth to come forth.  Lopsided doctrine is what is wrong.

Now:

<NOBR>Lu 12:56</NOBR> Ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky and of the earth; but how is it that ye do not discern this time?
<NOBR>Lu 12:57</NOBR> Yea, and why even of yourselves judge ye not what is right?


So, here once again is Jesus himself rebuking folks for not being able to JUDGE what is right!  Get this, people.  Stop believing junk doctines of men, who leave out other Scriptures and exclude the full meaning.

<NOBR>Joh 7:23</NOBR> If a man on the sabbath day receive circumcision, that the law of Moses should not be broken; are ye angry at me, because I have made a man every whit whole on the sabbath day?
<NOBR>Joh 7:24</NOBR> Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.


Here the Pharisees were angry at Jesus for healing on the Sabbath Day.  But Jesus did not rebuke the fact of their judging,  but the fact that they did judge according to the appearance and did not judge righly.  He said JUDGE RIGHTEOUS JUDGMENT.

So if I am to just throw out  'judge not'  and say that is all to this subject,  then what about the above verse?  JUDGE  RIGHTEOUS JUDGMENT?  How am I to judge rightly  if I am not to judge,  period?

<NOBR>Ac 4:19</NOBR> But Peter and John answered and said unto them, Whether it be right in the sight of God to hearken unto you more than unto God, judge ye.


Above, Peter tells them to JUDGE.

<NOBR>Ac 13:20</NOBR> And after that he gave unto them judges about the space of four hundred and fifty years, until Samuel the prophet.


God gave them JUDGES for 450 years.  So were these judges doing wrong to JUDGE?  If so, then God set up this error.

<NOBR>Ac 16:15</NOBR> And when she was baptized, and her household, she besought us, saying, If ye have judged me to be faithful to the Lord, come into my house, and abide there. And she constrained us


Here above, a Godly woman told the Apostles,  IF you have JUDGED me to be faithful to the Lord, come into my house.  Now did they tell her,  we do not judge, for we are never permitted to judge?  Of course not.  They knew there are differences in judging.  They knew: 
<NOBR>1co 2:15</NOBR> But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.


HE  THAT  IS  SPIRITUAL   JUDGETH  ALL  THINGS.

Do none of you ever read this?  Study this!  Get hold of this! 

Again, words of the great Apostle Paul: 
<NOBR>1co 5:3</NOBR> For I verily, as absent in body, but present in spirit, have judged already, as though I were present, concerning him that hath so done this deed,


Not even being there, Paul had JUDGED concerning this man who had committed fornication in that church.

<NOBR>1co 5:11</NOBR> But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.
<NOBR>1co 5:12</NOBR> For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not ye judge them that are within?
<NOBR>1co 5:13</NOBR> But them that are without God judgeth. Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person.

 


Here Paul tells this church that they JUDGE them which are within the church, but God judges those outside the church,  so they were to JUDGE and put away that wicked person. 

 If they could not judge if the man were wicked or not,  how in this world could they obey this word from Paul?  How would they know if the man were wicked or not? 

 My goodness,  can I not judge such a clear matter, that if a man sleeps with his mother, or dad's wife,  he is wicked?  then how could I know anything?  See?  It is so silly to just say judge not.  we are not to ever judge>  That is contrary to Scripture.  God actually holds it against us because we have no judgment.

Now the one below is so conclusive, I do not see how anyone who READS SCRIPTURE could keep believing that we are never to JUDGE.   Listen:

<NOBR>1co 6:1</NOBR> Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints?
<NOBR>1co 6:2</NOBR> Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?
<NOBR>1co 6:3</NOBR> Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?
<NOBR>1co 6:4</NOBR> If then ye have judgments of things pertaining to this life, set them to judge who are least esteemed in the church.
<NOBR>1co 6:5</NOBR> I speak to your shame. Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you? no, not one that shall be able to judge between his brethren?
<NOBR>1co 6:6</NOBR> But brother goeth to law with brother, and that before the unbelievers.
<NOBR>1co 6:7</NOBR> Now therefore there is utterly a fault among you, because ye go to law one with another. Why do ye not rather take wrong? why do ye not rather suffer yourselves to be defrauded?
<NOBR>1co 6:8</NOBR> Nay, ye do wrong, and defraud, and that your brethren.
<NOBR>1co 6:9</NOBR> Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,
<NOBR>1co 6:10</NOBR> Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.


Study the above Scripture.  Study it. Pray and ask God to open this up to you. 

We are obligated, as Christians, to know how to JUDGE these matters and have the authority to JUDGE them and put them out of the church.

  We are to know what is sin and what is not.  We are to be able to JUDGE these kinds of things and settle these kinds of judgments within out own Christian community, and never GO TO LAW BEFORE UNBELIEVERS,  in other words,  before earthly courts.

The CHURCH is supposed to JUDGE all who are within the CHURCH on such matters and turn the out to the destruction of satan.

Yet one verse, held over everyone's heads, and hounded out, has paralized the entire Christian community into believing we should not know and JUDGE RIGHT JUDGMENT.

I say it is traps of Satan to keep us from doing what God says for us to do.  We must rightly judge these and    put them out of our midst when they are guilty of such crimes and sins.  It is a command to the church from God.  Yet this false teaching actually forbids Christians to obey and exercise this command to JUDGE THESE WICKED PEOPLE, AND PUT THEM OUT OF THE CHURCH FOR THE DESTRUCTION OF THEIR FLESH!  IT IS A COMMAND FROM GOD TO DO THIS JUDGING! 

PEOPLE,  WAKE UP!  Heed the Word of God.

No, a murderer should not be allowed to stay in a church.  We should not even pray for that person.  We should turn him over to Satan for the destruction of his flesh.

Can you not exercise this authority in God?  I can --and have many times.

For instance:   a while back I heard on the news that a bad man had captured two young women.  Now this man had already raped and killed some others.  I began immediately praying against this evil man and asking God to let the police catch this evil person and save these young women.

In just a day or two, they told that police got there to them, in a hidden place, just as the man was fixing to rape the first one.  He already had her down and she was struggling for help.  God led the police to her just in time.  He had a knife at her throat and had already told her he would kill her.

She and the other woman told this, that he was just before killing them both.  God answer my prayer.  The women were saved and not harmed.  Now I have done this on other occasions. When I hear of little children being abducted, I many times pray for them and hear that they have been found.

Certain murderers I hear of, I begin praying for God to help the authorities catch this evil person.  It is always answered!  it is a ministry all Christians should be active in!  Do none of you practice this ministry of intervention?  or do you sit helplessly by and not cry to God for deliverance?  Are you unconcerned?  just because you think,  I am not to judge,  but should love this wicked person?  goodness gracious!  wake up!

   I am sorry, but I am telling you,  I do not love these wicked murderers and child killers and child abusers.  I HATE THEM

 And I fully believe that is the only way to please God.  Do not accuse God of wanting me to love these wicked, evil, violent folks.

When that man killed his pregnant wife and son, I prayed for God to bring it to the light.  It came out.  They now have that evil man behind bars, where he RIGHTLY BELONGS.

Don't come telling me not to judge.  God said for us to judge right judgment and settle these things. The Prayer of a righteous person avails much.  Do none of you bother to pray for these things?  shame on you, if you do not!

and this is not all the verses proving this.  but it certainly should be ENOUGH.

I find this a very interesting and informative study.  I noticed in Isaiah one that God says for us to judge the fatherless.  He said for us to seek judgment.  then in 59 he was displeased that there was no judgment.
 
i see clearly that there are two different types of judging mentioned here.  Surely Christians should be able to judge things pertaining to this life, as Paul stated.  Surely we must be able to judge that a murderer is a wicked person.  Surely we know that a thief is a wicked person.  the Word even says the wicked borrows and does not pay back.  So all I must know is that a person borrows and does not pay back and I can judge, with this word, that he is a wicked person,  for the word said he is a wicked person.
 
any person would have to be wicked to kill another person, except maybe in self defense.
