I am not a breeder, but live just across the Columbia River in Washington from you.  We purchased our "babies" from a breeder in Arizona.  We have three, Tanner, Jake, and Koko.  If you don't want to fly a baby in, there is a breeder in Oregon around Gearhardt called Cambrian Kennels.  Hopes this helps a little bit.  Min pins love to chew and can get in all kinds of trouble if they have the run of the house by themselves.  Maybe a large crate with a bed and blanket in it for her would help.

I think it's great that you are looking for a play mate for your baby.  But just think about what happens if you end up with 2 that will chew.  Make sure it's for the right reasons and best of luck.  (I think 2 is better than 1)
