Am so sorry to hear that Delilah is not doing well.  She has held on for so long and like Barbara Jean says it is her time.  I know this is a hard time for her and you and will be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

I am doing ok.  The vet agreed it was her time and she went peacefully in my lap wrapped in her blanket.  The owner of the company I work for has a brother who owns a funeral home and they paid for everything to have a private creamation done and a beautiful urn, and a photo frame that will have a paw print and her picture.  I am so grateful for that. 

 

My house is lonely it's just not the same without her and I miss her more than anything but I know she is now ok. 

 

Rest in peace sweet girl.

I am so sorry for your loss.  My Shadow of 17 years passed the same way in her blanket in my lap.  I think it is one of the hardest things we have to do but know that it is better for our furbabies.  Will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.  Please stay in touch with the group.

I'm so sorry this happened to you and Delilah. I'm sitting here crying. You were so brave throughout this. Life can be hell and so unfair. I lost a little one to a kidney problem too. It's was like having my heart ripped out. I would have preferred death myself over losing her. But I don't believe love ever dies and we will be with them when we cross over.

Thank you all for your support and kind words.  I miss my best friend that is for sure. Thank you all again I cannot tell you how much your support has meant through all of this.  She will be coming home for forever tomorrow.
