Good afternoon!!! Well today was the big day for Dusty!!! The vet successfully removed his front left leg with no complications!!! I just got the phone call about 45 minutes ago from the vet's office!!! I guess Dusty is putting them through their paces!!! He won't let anyone get near him!!! They told me I could pick him up anytime,Only problem being We are right in the middle of a snow storm!!! My sister is going to pick him up and I can see him tomorrow!!! The house seems awfully quiet without him!!! I know I will feel alot better when he is HOME!!!! Poor little Guy I feel so bad for him. Well now it is all over and he can began the healing process!!! I'll keep everyone posted !!!! Thanks Val |

Glad to hear the surgery is over with no complications. Sad you can't pick him up yourself, I hope he knows your sister well and feels comfortable with her. You might want to post this over to the General board so more people are aware and I'm sure you'll get lots more responses and support from the group. |
