I have been out getting a bit of exercise this past week which sure has helped in getting past the "blues" . I think working outside and connecting with the Earth and the elements is very helpful ...especially when we are stressed and things are not going real well .
As far as my diet..it is ok...I know I need to be a bit more rigular with my meals and I think that could be one thing that sabatages me...I tend to forget to eat until I am super hungry then it is like I gorge and eat everything in sight. I really hate that, but it is like I am someone else watching this and I am unable to stop...I wish there was some way to figure this out.
I know , logically I could set an alarm to eat or something...*(note to self: Go get a watch with an alarm on it next trip to town...) Well...now that I have identified it..maybe this will help me to be more aware.
I also have been starting to take my glucose test first thing in the morning ..thought I would keep track of it this week beings I am going in to see a doctor about a checkup next Friday. Maybe the information will help in diagnosing why I am so over-tired...I am just grasping at straws here.
