Merry meet! Thank you for allowing me to join. I have been working on losing 40 pounds for a few months now and without a support system it's been too easy for me to sabotage myself, after all who will notice? So I started looking yesterday for a new support system, and I do rather prefer one that supports my own religious beliefs. I am so tired of joining a forum or group only to have bible scriptures quoted at me at every turn. I am working on walking 3 miles 3-5 days a week, I take a yoga class once a week (focusing on breathing, stretching and nurturing my body vs exercising it, which the nuturing aspect of this class is what drew me as I see this as "me" time).

It is so exciting to know that you are ready to be a Shrinking Witch! Sounds like you have a great start to spring. I can't wait to hear all about you. I know you will love coming here and sharing as we all are in the same boat and in different stages in our path.

I can promise you that this is a place full of witchy fun and healthy ideas. Check out the different areas and let me know if you decide you want a special Chamber to journal and just settle in.

We are all fun-loving and truly want to meet our goals. We know what it is to have down days, frustrating gain days and fabulous loses too.

If ever you need to talk, just pop in as start gabbing. We will be here for you and together we all support each other in every magickal day.

Remember though, no weight loss program will work if you don't work IT!
