I'm glad you are feeling good! I am looking forward to our closing date on Friday because I want to get to the new house and start cleaning things up on the outside until my husband gets back from his trip and we can start on the inside. Both kids will be home and I can take my puppy over there with me and they can help (kids not the dog lol) me clean up.
You might want to set a timer to remind you when you need to eat, even if it's something small when you aren't that hungry it should keep your sugar stabalized.
I went to the farmers market yesterday with my daughter. We were right next to it talking to a friend and her daughter started sharing candy with my daughter and next thing I know they were both sticky and the candy was half gone! So I took her to the market and let her pick out things she wanted, we ended up with blueberries, apricots, corn and tomatoes. So she started snacking on fruit rather than candy at least!
I'm going to be cleaning around the house today, I should mow the yard but it is just so humid out there!
