Hi Chambers,

 

     I feel pretty good today.  I am seeing more progress in the yard everyday as I work to get things in shape for the retreat ... maybe I will actually be ready on the outside anyway. 

 

     I heard from my youngest daughter today and they found a house in Montana to buy..I am happy for her but the news is kind of bittersweet as I know it will be a long time between visits when hse moves. I guess I will handle it though.  I know3 the Goddess has a path for her that is seperate from my own...but it will not keep me from missing my baby any less.

 

     As for my diet..I have not been hungery lately so have been aving to keep reminding myself that I have to eat regularly with this medicine I am taking for this diabetis...sheesh..I still cannot believe I have it! 

 

     I will keep plugging along and taking it one day at a time in hopes all will shape into a healthy body and lifestyle...  Thanks CHambers for just being her e and listening.
