Thought I would start my journal...to track my day and what the heck am doing--I guess today...begins week 3 and ends two weeks...what have i accomplished...I did manage to get my butt over to Bally's....and sign up for the National body Challenge...am really trying to stay focus on reinventing myself...all the way around...physically, spiritually and mentally...
Today---for breakfast I had one of those RightFit Smoothies...(300 cals)
Snack--orange (35 cals)
Lunch-Stouffers' stuffed peppers 300 cals
Snack--orange and piece of ghiradelli intense dark chocolate w/expresso (35 & 55 cal= 90)
For extra snack--small sliver birthday cake (though i scraped off all the icing) and small dollop of ice cream.. (not sure the calories)
Dinner---Grilled Salmon w/mango salsa and Cous Cous..and a spring mix salad (not sure the calorie count)
I went to Bally's today...and did the STEP class...for one hour...(kicked my butt--but proud of myself...I tried )
Emotionally very good day for me...feeling very upbeat...and trying to steer clear the drama....maybe shouldnt step on scale! LOL
