Today was long. Q & I made a new pact to keep track of our food intake and seriously start concentrating on our weightloss once more...so I feel really good about this.
Today I did not have time to really do a lot of calculating beings I went to Walla Walla.
I DID write down what I ate though so I will record it below and figure out the caleries but Ido not know the carbs.
