Hello chamber, I have been busy trying to keep my thought about my weight gain away and thinking in a positive light. I am walking and went for a 2 hour hike on Saturday and had a great time to. We saw moose and bear prints and even moose do do. They kids had a blast with that lol and my grandson steped in it and said poop grammy it was so funny. I thinklaughing makes you loose weight and being in nature nothing to judge you and a whole lot of earth energy.
We watched the poly wogs ( baby frog) in a small earth made pond, it was great.
I got a lot of exercise.I am now working on my fire pit as I wanted to get it up weeks ago but haven't yet. I can't lift the nricks and have to wait for the hubby, boy where is that dragon when I need him.
Well I have decided not to look at the scare for awhile as to not get depressed but I will post tomorrow because I haven't in a while. The more I look at the scale I feel down but if I don't I feel better and worry less.
I have cut out a lot of my soda and drink water although it makes my tummy upset ( not sure why).
