Raspberry-Peach Smoothies
Ingredients
3 cups frozen peach slices
1 12-oz. can peach, mango, or
apricot nectar
3 cups frozen raspberries
1 3/4 cups LACTAID® Reduced Fat Milk
2 Tbsp. honey
Pour peach and raspberry smoothies in opposite sides of a
glass for a festive two-tone presentation.
1. For peach smoothie, in a blender container combine peaches and
the nectar.
2. Cover and blend until smooth. Transfer to a pitcher or glass
measuring cup; set aside. Combine raspberries, milk, and honey in the blender container.
3. Cover and blend until smooth. For each serving, slowly pour both
smoothie at the same time into opposite sides of a stemmed glass.
