| First of all, I want to say how sorry I am for your loss. In the past, there was a mean person who had not really sufferred a loss, who came to our site (as well as others sites)with a hidden agenda. This person destroyed, and even deleted the site. A lot of unecessary pain was caused to people who were alredy in pain. MSN was able to undelete it, but, a lot of the pages were no longer usable. We have spent the last few years trying to rebuild everything. We, as a group, decided the best way to protect our members and keep our site safe, is to require every applicant to complete a questionaire. It also helps us to be able to keep in touch with our members and offer support when needed. No one is accepted without first sending in the questionaire.
