I went to my mom's Friday morning to prepare for Ike and it hit that night. Just limbs and such down at our houses but no power for days. This is the first night we are getting to stay home.
I am glad you are ok and had minimal damage. Another friend of mine had lots of water in her garage, and lots of limbs down..no power for maybe another month. She is between Galveston and Houston.
I'm glad to hear you are okay Jessica. I've been watching it on television and I feel so bad for those who lost everything. I can only image how scary it must have been for you guys.
