I hope that you had a good nights rest and were able to close your eyes, go to sleep and dream happy dreams. Being able to do that is a good step toward peace and gentle healing. Love and hugs and rainbow smiles...Rean | | | | http://groups.msn.com/SerenityBkgd | | | |

I had a hard time sleeping last night and it's been ongoing since I caught this darn flu a few weeks ago. I am feeling much better I must say, but I have problems once I'm in bed because I cough so much that it brings up any mucus that's on my chest and I have to spit, and lately it's been constant. The only good thing about it is that at least it's not sitting on my chest making things worse. I've been feeling really tired lately, but I know it's because of the flu, and once that's gone I'll get some rest and be back to normal. Just about everyone I know is sick with it right now, and all feel the same way I did. I went out today and yesterday and boy did it feel good to get some fresh air. I'm just so sick of being house bound, but I really didn't want to spread my germs to my little great-grandkids who are all under the age of 8 . Anyway, I'm sure when I stop the coughing all together I'll be able to get a few good nights rest....lol. At least the weather has been pretty nice so far which is a good thing. Hugs...Shannon |
