It is extremely windy and cold here today as well. The leaves are falling off the trees in droves. My yard went from having a few leaves to being loaded with them...lol. I guess Mother Nature is doing a clean sweep or something today. By the time this wind stops the trees that lose their leaves will most definitely be bare.
Anyway, right now I'm waiting for a phone call from the hospital to let me know if I'm a great-grandmother to a girl or a boy. Can't wait to get that news. I was worried she may have it tomorrow and I sure don't want that. It would be too bittersweet for me as tomorrow is Andy's heaven date. I'm hoping it's born today so she/he can have his own day, and I want to be happy for my granddaughter when her first baby arrives. If I cry, I want it to be because I'm happy for them and not because I'm thinking of Andy at the same time.
Anyway, I've got to go do something while I'm waiting....lol I'll share my good news as soon as they call me to tell me what she had.
