My little angel Ashley was born sleeping on 7.10.07. It will be 5mths on the 7th of this month.
We went to have our morphology scan on 5.10.07... we took my 2 stepsons who are from interstate and our eldest child who will be 4 in July. It was supposed to be a joyous occasion and the day we would find out if we were having a girl or a boy... Instead we found out that our precious baby had no heartbeat. I was mortified.
2 days later my husband took his 2 sons back interstate... I begged him not to go, but he did. Around 12:30pm I started to bleed. I had to get a close friend to watch my boys and another to take me to hospital.
Labour started but was going to be a while. As it happened my husband was able to get back by 5:30pm and our precious daughter was born sleeping that evenign at 8:05pm. I held her and took photos. I talked to her and the tears wouldnt stop flowing. The hardest part was saying goodbye and leaving the hospital with only a teddybear but not my daughter.
She was cremated 12.10.07 and I have her at home with me now. I think about my little girl everyday.
