Feel the pain, feel the sorrow....grieve....let it go...little by little....tiny baby steps, one day, at a time....
You may feel wrung out, hung out to dry..... somedays...
You may feel tired or lonely...
But feel......
And then heal....
Let the healing come when it does....
One day the sun will shine......
