just checking with you all to say hi.yesterday mycomputer wouldn't shut down at all so i had to call dell today what a mess i was on the phone with them for atleast 3or 4 hours and had to put 1hundred and someing i forget how much just to have them take over my computer and help i put it on the dell charge which didnt have much left but right now it is working i will check back with everyone again.love to all my friends
