Preach the Word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage--with great patience and careful instruction

Good morning to all. And it is a good morning--hunters and all.

Just want to wish everyone a great thanksgiving day.  Enjoy your families and savor the blessings God has given you.

Now, not to put a dent in anyones blessing but we as Christ followers have a command from God to share His plan and message with everyone all year long. We can look at the tv on thanksgivng and christmas and get pictures of people going into the city missions and food banks with their turkeys and bags of food and ,of course ,those so self satisfied looks on their faces displaying their pleasure of their goodness. Now that is the world and how they perceive their personal "goodness".  Our wonderful blessing of the Holy Spirit lets us see that and spiritually "perceive " what is good and true. Our thanksgiving to God and to this world is sharing Him with this world "every day". Gods' Word says to be ready at all times to share Him. That's quite a responsibility but He's given us the tools to be obedient. Tomorrow the world will forget thanksgiving day but you won't. Because God has made every day your thanksgiving day.
