Good Group Behavior ~ ?/STRONG> 1) Respect the management at all times. 2) If there is a problem with anything or anyone in the group ~ contact the manager/founder. Do not post the problem on the boards. 3) Treat all members with respect. Do not post anything to anyone that is showing anger or blasting them. 4) Do not post using the RED Color for your fonts. Red online means your mad or angry. 5) Do not use upper case letters... that means your yelling. This goes for chat rooms as well as msn groups. 6) Be helpful, encouraging and uplifting to everyone. Even if you do not "Like" that person. There is no excuse for a member to be mean to another member. 7) A good member will post as often as they have time to do so... for the enrichment of the group. 8) A good member will reply to other members postings...and encourage them and pray for them. Assistant Managers: 1) Assistant managers should NEVER unjoin anyone from the group.. unless they have been told to do so by the manager/founder. Rare and extreem situations may happen in such cases where the manager/founder can not be reached, and a decision must be made, then the assistant is allowed to do what is deemed necessary to keep peace within the group. 2) Assistant managers should NEVER delete postings that have been posted by a member.. unless ~ it is flaming or in some way is hurtful to another member or could be hurtful for the group over all... most of the time...an assistant manager should not delete any postings without permission from the manager/founder. (P.S. it is good policy to copy the post and send it to the manager/founder before it is deleted.. so they can view the contents. I know it is easy to forget this part...even I do at times.) M A N A G E M E N T Work With The Management: Managers are here to sustain the community's harmony by administrating the rules & helping the members. They are a valuable resource for anyone who needs help. They also participate on the message boards. Managers are expected to act in the best interest of the community, as a whole. In rare & difficult instances when they have to enforce rules, it is very important that the members follow their instructions. Any member who violates, or ignores their instructions can be warned, or possibly banned from the community. Managers also reserve the right to ban any member of the community (except another manager) for any reason, or no reason at all. This is usually done under extreme & very rare circumstances. Assistant managers should not unjoin or ban any member without the permissions and knowledge of the manager/founder. Rare and extreem situations may happen in such cases where the manager/founder can not be reached, and a decision must be made, then the assistant is allowed to do what is deemed necessary to keep peace within the group. Manager/Founders have the right to delete any post, thread, page or board they decide they want to delete. You have the right to ask why it was done.. but not on the boards.. e-mail them.
