Lois, only the Father knows when Christ is coming back. The most important thing of all: let us all be ready when He comes. Sonwell, you're right: we don't have all the same talents. But God uses us the way he wants. Aalie, you're a busy beaver (or is it: eager beaver???)We also had snowflakes today but they melted as soon as they hit the ground. Going to the Yuku group. Have a blessed day, all of you, eelya |

Hello All CF...I have been busy posting in the other (at Yuku) CF group..got to build it up and give you all something to read there also...as if you did not have enough right? I did get home last night from my daughter's house..plans changed and its a good thing because we have oodles of snow here today..I have already been shoveling some snow on my back walk because I needed to get to the laundry room to do some laundry. Have not been outside the house otherwise though..except to do that. It is still spitting some snow and drifting too. We did have quite a bit although I have not heard how much yet or how much we are getting. We had a nice chat also in our chat room last night..sorry some of you missed it. We just shared..we actually did not have a Bible study..we just shared with each other and had a fun time. I want to apologize for not coming in this particular thread yesterday..but I was in the group posting in other threads..so I was here. I will not post in the sign in at the yuku group today as I have been too busy doing other things there. Thanks to Sonwell. Lois, Eelya, Scottie, Deanna, and Ellen for keeping this thread going..I really appreciate it!! God Bless you all and see you again later. Love, Aalie |

Hello all dear members..hope you are having a wonderful week-end in your "neck of the woods" Of course that is just slang for "your area." I realize that not everyone of you live in the woods. I do not live in the woods either..only when I visit 2 of my 5 daughters am I in the woods..or there are there woods all around. It is a cold day here today..I did make it to church praise the Lord..and we had a great service. The local teen challenge girls put on some skits for us..and gave their testimonies of how God changed their lives from drug and alcohol addictions to a life free of sin and addictions. Praise the Lord for that. But because of the cold and snow on the ground pastor closed church tonight. I am getting some company shortly so won't be here too long. It is good to see some of you continueing to sign in here still...we are blessed by your presence and your messages. Some of you may also want to check our yuku site for there are more folks signing in there..and that is OK..I am glad..thank you for also signing in here. I will check in again soon to check this thread probably before retiring tonight!
God Bless each of you specially!!
Love, Aalie |

Hi Aallie, I love hearing testimonies from the Teen Challenge groups. Souls are still looking for God's peace.
I brought four pieces of cake home from the local church today. I did not eat with them as my own church had turkey potluck today, but the church here in town had a 3 for 1 special today. Pastor appreciation, his 60th birthday and celebrated his 30 year in ministry. So I stopped by and said 'Hello" to everyone. I told the pastor I felt bad that I had to miss this special. He gave me a dvd to watch of the history of the church, with lots of pictures from the past. Some were still eating and they invited me to eat, but I was too full. So Marcia sends the cake home with me. I take a nap and wake up to 1 piece left.
I could not believe he ate 3 large pieces of cake. If he does not gain wait, then I have no clue how to 'fatten him up'. He only weighs 104 lbs. now

No, he ate 3 pieces out of four. I had two white and two chocolates. He left a white piece for me.
Yes, it is better for him to gain weight than for me. It's snowing here and between now and Weds. a.m. they are predicting 12 inches. I'll be doing some shoveling as Jim can not lift anything - doctor's orders. He can push the snow blower, so I don't have to do the drive way.

Lois, if Jim weights so less, let him eat cake as much as possible!!The cake must have been very tasty. 12 inches of snow? Here it is freezing, but no snow, not yet.We had a bit a few eeks ago and then it stopped. Nice pics Aalie! love eelya |
