Raw juices provide the answer to so many problems that can have a nutritional solution.



Tomato, turnip, carrots, cabbage, spinach, oranges, lemon, apples, pineapple, beetroot, cucumber, grapefruit are some of the fruits and vegetables from which juices can be extracted.



Points to remember: To get maximum benefit out of any juice, these points should be kept in mind:
Raw juices should be taken immediately after extraction.
An electric juicer is best.
With your hand juicer, use a very clean cloth to strain the juice.
Your juicer should not be made of a corrosive material. The juice should be diluted with water.
Use fresh and crisp vegetables and fruits.
When you begin with raw juices, start with small quantities and increase gradually.
