I work in a union shop where the downturn of the economy is causing a little fear with my co workers. I believe God has placed me there to give them hope.
 
I am considering setting up a bible study outside of work. I am praying about the format of the study, and how to best minister to people at work.
 
I am also praying for God to raise up a woman of faith to minister to the ladies.
 
If any one has advice on how to procede, how to comply with workplace regulations,study materials ,etc, I  appreciate it.

Faithful Rick..that God will show you the format He would have you to use..and the help that you may need to start this Bible study. It is certainly a great ministry for the work place..and I am sure the Lord will use you in a mighty way!!

Rick...first I commend you for your desire and plan to have a Bible Study set up. In this day and age that is almost unheard of. A suggestion would be to start with those folks who share your interest start with them. Often the best method of announcing a Bible Study is by word of mouth. You may start small but remember God gives the increase. My prayers are with you

I am starting with prayer. My heart aches for people who have no hope.
The men of church have uplifted me in prayer. I am drawing up a rough draft of what the study would look like and where it can meet.
 
After it is established the members will taylor it to therir needs. Satan is fighting me on this but I will persevere and not quit. I believe this is God's will and it will succeed.
