Creamy Peanut Butter Pie Recipe
1 baked 1 cup 1 �?8 ounce package 1 cup 2 tablespoons 1 cup 2 teaspoons 1/4 �?1/2 cuppie shell, cooled creamy peanut butter cream cheese, softened granulated sugar butter, melted heavy whipping cream, whipped vanilla chocolate syrup for garnish Whipping cream, whipped
Preparation: 10 minutes Pan Type: pie pan
In a large mixing bowl cream together the peanut butter, softened cream cheese, granulated sugar and the melted butter until smooth. In a second mixing bowl whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Add the vanilla and fold whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture. Stir gently to blend. Pour into prepared pie shell. Place in refrigerator to cool. To serve drizzle plate with chocolate syrup, place pie on top of syrup, top with whipped cream if desired and drizzle more chocolate syrup over whipped cream.
