I am a new member so I hope I don't clutter up your lives too much.  My son and his family just recently moved here.  My son is in the Navy and is stationed in CT.  My husband and I have been looking for a home church.  There is a good Baptist Church two blocks away but it is Missionary and we are of the Southern Baptist.  Not really sure of the difference, but it seemed to matter to my husband.  Anyway, they have 7 children.  I know the Church had recently started a youth program and AWANA's on Wednesday.  So I asked them to go with me as they were wanting a home church in the area they lived in.  WHAT A JOY AND BLESSING TONIGHT WAS.  My daughter-in-law and I were so pleased that the children were so happy with their respective groups and the people were so warm and friendly.  A lot of them are people that I have known for years and some I went to school with.  The Bible study for the adults was so inspirational, of course, the minister was preaching at me.  I really think this is where I belong.  I am trying to get my life back on the path, as I have been a lukewarm Christian and I so want to get involved again.
