NEW INTERNATIONAL VERSION

2 THESSALONIANS 1:3

"We ought always to thank God for you, brothers, and rightly so, because your faith is growing more and more, and the love every one of you has for each other is increasing."

What a blessing it is to come into these Christian websites, into the message boards and have fellowship with members that, as led, have come into the rooms and sought fellowship. Through these Christian message boards we’re able to fellowship with brothers and sisters from all around the globe, fulfilling needs, prayer requests, advice or whatever is needed, as it is available here in the boards.

I am thankful for all the brothers and sisters who comprise these boards. Each and every member has a purpose for being here as led by the Holy Spirit. Glory goes to Him, our Father in heaven and the Holy Spirit who leads and guides us in all that we do, thanks to Jesus Christ who made it all possible 2000 years ago when He sacrificed Himself in our place, for our sins. When He rose again, defeating death, and then ascended to heaven, He left us with His Holy Spirit. God Himself is living in us who have accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. His grace, poured out onto me, the wretch that I was without Christ, undeserving. In Christ covered by His blood and justified in God’s eyes. It’s all about what He did for me; and nothing about what I have done myself. And He called me to Him, just the way I was.

I couldn’t possibly be good enough on my own in God’s eyes, as I was born into sin, into a fallen world, where Satan holds dominion, and my flesh has wallowed in sin. It is the nature of us in this world to be motivated by our fleshly desires. Before Christ it was normal to wallow in such sin, we we’re lost, we we’re a fallen race, we followed Satan, without even knowing it. We we’re fools. We we’re duped by the evil one. We we’re dead in spirit and dying in flesh. We we’re just where Satan wanted us to be. Separated from God and His truth. Separated from life eternal through Christ.

…my people are destroyed from lack of knowledge" Hosea 4:6

Thank God for His marvelous grace. Thank God we we’re drawn to our Lord. We we’re called. And we sought His truth through His word and we saw His glorious light. We we’re given another chance. We we’re saved by His grace. We we’re saved by the gift of His Son Jesus Christ, whom we accepted and received as our Redeeming Savior, and through His word we have all grown in the Lord. Are we now perfect? No, but we are a work in progress.

…being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus." Philippians 1:6

We are being sanctified. Hallelujah! We are being molded and shaped by our Creator, one day at a time, day after day, on the road to glory. We will be made glorified one day, when Jesus returns for us and we are drawn into the skies to join Him, or, we are brought forth from the dead to join Him, if we have already left this earth. We will be glorified and made like Him, on the glorious day of Jesus Christ when He returns for His church. We should never stop praising God in heaven for this! This is His Grand plan, according to His word!

"I declare to you, brothers, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable. Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed–in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. For the perishable must clothe itself with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality. When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come true: "Death has been swallowed up in victory." 1 Corinthians 15: 50-54

I can’t praise God enough for this, my hands are lifted continually in praise and worship to Him, the God Most High! To Him the glory, to Him the praise! I deserved death and He gave me life. I deserved nothing and He gave me everything! I deserved poverty and He gave me riches by my inheritance in Christ Jesus!

"I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better. I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is like the working of his mighty strength, which he exerted in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms, far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every title that can be given, not only in the present age but also in the one to come And God placed all things under his feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church which is his body, the fullness of him who fills everything in every way. "

Ephesians 1: 17-23

All hail the King!

"Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me. In my Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. You know the way to the place where I am going." John 14: 2-4

Thank You my Lord!

Tomorrow morning when you awaken, remember this. He has given you this new day. He has allowed you to have breath in your lungs and a strong beating of your heart. He has given you one more day to work out your salvation, your place in the coming Kingdom. Lift up your hands and praise Him for this new day. His mercies are new each and every morning, His word promises so. Thank Him and spend some time with Him. Let Him know how much you love Him, for He loves you more than you can ever know. He is our Father in heaven.

"Father in heaven I thank You, my God, for Your incredible grace that pours out over me and has brought me redemption through the Lord, my God, Jesus Christ. Christ’s sacrifice for me on the Cross, in my place, for my sins, gave me life again and fellowship with You Father, which is what I was created for. Thank You for my inheritance in Christ Jesus, and help me to focus on You Lord and the coming Kingdom, that I might set my feet straight on the path through this life as I travel in and with You, Christ Jesus, and Your glorious light. Help me to allow Your light to shine forth for others to see, and allow Your Living Waters to flow through me, that others might come to You, by my good witness. Use me Lord, as Your vessel, and bless me along the way. Help me to be a blessing to others, as You continue to bless me. It is with a grateful heart that I pray, in the Holy Name of Jesus, Amen."

Love in Christ, Rev. Michael
