Chocolate Fudge Sauce 6 oz. pkg. semisweet chocolate pieces 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine 1 cup sifted powdered sugar 1/2 cup light corn syrup 1/4 cup hot water 1/3 cup coffee-flavored liqueur 1 tsp. vanilla
Melt chocolate in top of double boiler, or in a bowl set over simmering water. Remove from heat. Stir in butter until melted; blend in sugar, corn syrup, water, liqueur and vanilla. Pour into hot sterilzed jar. Makes 2 cups.
