Asparagus Cheese Casserole
2 c. asparagus, frozen or fresh 2T butter 2 T flour 1 1/2 c milk 1/2 tsp salt 2 hard-boiled eggs 1 T onion, grated 1/2 c grated cheese Crushed Cornflakes
Parboil asparagus, drain. Mix butter, flour, milk and salt. Cook until thick like white sauce. Add grated cheese. Pour over drained asparagus. Add onion and hard-boiled eggs. Top with crushed cornflakes.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
