Danish Mustard 2 oz. box dry mustard (about 2/3 cup) 1/3 cup brown sugar Pinch salt 1/4 cup vinegar 1/4 cup salad oil 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. lemon juice
In a small mixing bowl, with a wooden spoon or whisk, beat together all the ingredients until smooth. Turn into a screwtop jar and cover tightly. Refrigerate.
